1) COMPANY REGISTRATION REPORTS (Extracts) Our Company Registration reports (Extracts) are always manually researched and translated from Greek into English, offering an up to date and accurate status of what is officially included in the specific Company file. We provide two different types of Company Registration reports: the Latest Valid Registered Records report or the Full History Records report which lists all Company Appointments / Resignations of directors, transfer of shares, increase or decrease of nominal capital etc, is included. Please note that Financial Accounts are not normally publicly submitted (it is estimated that less than 5% of registered Limited companies in Cyprus do publicly submit their financial accounts. PLC companies do publicly submit their accounts on an annual basis).
Fees: Euro 80 for the latest valid registration records or Euro 150 for a full history registration report. 2) OFFICIAL CERTIFICATES issued by the Official Cyprus Companies Registry, namely:

· Certified Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
· Certificate of Share Capital
· Certificate pointing out any change of registered Company Name (per change)
3) ADDRESS VERIFICATION We can visit any given provided address in Cyprus (i.e. registered address of any Company registered in Cyprus or declared address of a director / shareholder) and verify what is actually located at that location (together with photos and area / premises detailed description): i.e. whether the address is a business address or residential or even whether the address is a brass plate (firm without any real existence other than a brass nameplate at its registered legal address. Accounting and legal firms routinely rent their street addresses as the registered offices of brass plate firms)
Fees: Euro 600 for any address located in the Republic of Cyprus (Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, Paphos). Please contact us with your exact requirements.
5) CYPRUS MEDIA RESEARCH We research in all daily and weekly local Cyprus newspapers / media for any reporting on the requested company (either positive or detrimental). Researching through the online archives is limited to few months or a few years at best (depending on publication). It is also important to note that the online editions do not include everything that was published in printed versions! Fees: Euro 550 and delivery in 7 working days.
6) CYPRUS LITIGATION RESEARCH We research within the Cyprus District and Supreme Court Judgments, whether the target company was either a defendant or plaintiff in any case. It is important to note that this research covers only judgments (decisions) and not any ongoing or pending litigation either at District or Supreme Court.
